Jim DiMarcantonio
Owner
Jim is the Owner/Operator of Both Hope Bindery and Liquid Metal type. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design’s Illustration Department in 1986. Jim is a self-taught bookbinder, and has been in business for 35 years. He loves Fish, and has a couple of tanks in the bindery. Check ‘em out when you stop by!
Caleb Getto
Studio Manager
Caleb is the studio manager of Hope Bindery & Liquid Metal Type Co. They run the day to day operations and ensure that the lead is hot and the presses are full! They graduated from Rhode Island School of Design’s Printmaking Department in 2021 and have been working here since. Outside of bookbinding and typecasting, Caleb is an printmaker and writer.
